The Eurasian Economic Commission’s Board is set to make changes to the technical regulation TR CU 029/2012 “Safety Requirements for Food Additives, Flavors and Technological Aids.”

The regulations will soon exclude the 19 currently permitted positions.

It is also planned to expand the list of permissible enzyme preparations (including microbiological ones) and substances used to manufacture food flavors.

By the end of 2023, all updates will be finished.
